Michele will keep you glued to the page and rooted in the story. Every character was a colorful and unique addition to the story and I can't wait to see where the series goes next. There are still miles of story to tell and Michele is certainly up to the task. I'm highly recommending this one! - My Secret Book Spot

His focus shifts a bit once Mia strolls into the picture, but that doesn’t seem to stop the pull that Tarik Marx has on him.

Tarik wears many hats in Phoenix’s life. Friend, personal relations, bodyguard, and the man that would love nothing more than to be the one that Phoenix gives himself to.  Tarik is protective, dominant, and patient enough to wait for Phoenix to admit his feelings for him. 

Mia is recently divorced and still feeling the burn from a man that charmed her into believing he was her happily ever after. She has no intension of jumping into another relationship of any kind, but a sexy jogger in her building has her suddenly rethinking her plan. She’s very smart and somewhat cautious, but a bit naïve when it comes to a lifestyle outside of the norm. 

The coming together of these characters is unique and the chemistry explosive. Throw in the threat of an ex-husband driven by greed and you have a story that will keep you turning the pages all night long. I highly recommend this read!
