I feel like I need to start by stating that I don’t typically choose an office setting for my romance reads, but of course this author made me love it. Pretty sure this author could make me love a romance about two mosquitoes falling in love, but I digress…

Bennett stuck me as kind of a jerk at the start, but it didn’t take long for me to fall head over heels for him. He’s career driven, competitive, and commitment phobic. As we learn his story and begin to truely understand him, he quickly becomes the swoon worthy male lead that I expected him to be. Annalise comes off as being a cut throat competitor in the opening scene, but turns out that’s not really the case. Well, not after catching the feels for Bennett Fox.

The sexual tension is pretty high with these two. And once a physical and emotional connection is made, the chemistry can’t be denied.

Well written with perfect pacing.

Storyline holds readers attention and inadvertently causes sleep loss.

Great character development, as usual.

I highly recommend this one!!
