Agent: Kennedy Barnes

Target: Phoenix 'Nix' Ash

Crimes: Hacker and Heartbreaker

Mission: Get Close and Survive

After living her life in the shadows as the daughter of a congressman's secret affair, Kennedy Barnes joins 'Project Greenlight' - a clandestine intelligence organization. She's out to prove she's more than her father's dirty secret.

One of her first assignments is simple. Get close to Phoenix Ash, collect enough evidence to put him away for life, and get out unscathed.

Phoenix Ash is a world renowned hacker. He's pulled off some of the biggest heists in modern history, but never leaves a trace. He knows people are after him and that every day may be his last, but when he meets Kennedy Barnes everything changes.

Lines are blurred and secrets are exposed as Phoenix and Kennedy both discover they do have a weakness - for each other.

This is a STANDALONE novel, but is interconnected with Dirty Work, which is now available.

~ Marlene's Review ~

Dirty Secret is the second book that Bliss and Rothert have written together. Both being exceptional writers, they’ve been able to blend their styles in a way that you’d never know it was co-written. I’m looking forward to even more from this duo!
Here’s a bit of what to expect with Dirty Secret:

Genre: Romantic Suspense / Enemies To Lovers
Type: Standalone (Interconnected with Dirty Work)
POV: Dual POV with flawless transition.
Awesome Characters: Nix is a computer hacker, among having other illegal skills, and has become Kennedy’s newest target. He may be a well-known ‘Bad Guy’ in certain circles, but it turns out he also has a surprisingly sweet and caring side hidden away.
Kennedy is building her career in government intelligence. She’s independent, driven, and quite a spitfire. While working to expose the crimes she has been assigned, Kennedy falls hard for her target and ends up getting caught in between.
The chemistry between these characters is at an all-time high. However, I would have liked a bit more romance woven throughout the storyline.
My Favorite Ingredients: Swoon worthy male lead, sexual tension, sexy scenes, dirty talk, suspense, intricate plot, and a HEA.
Great writing: Exceptionally well written. Great character development. Smooth and easy reading with good story pace.
My Favorite Quote: “A bottle of beer can be swilled in under a minute. Most women are beer. But you…. you’re like the finest Cognac I’ve ever tasted. I plan to sip very slowly.”
