“I got you a Redheaded Slut,” an auburn
haired girl said from my side. I turned to see her holding a drink out to me.
While taking it from her grasp, I idly wondered if she was trying to tell me
something about herself. Was she giving me a proposition with her drink choice?
The question was on the tip of my

“What are you drinking?” I asked when
she picked a big martini glass up from the table next to where we stood.

patted my face in a warm gesture and kissed my cheek. “Don’t ever change.”
