Filthy is a
very action packed novella.
Jaret is
written to be very selfish. He uses women for self-gratification and moves on.
He most definitely fits the description as Filthy. Lol.
Jaret finds his
childhood friend, Lin in one of the last places he ever thought he would. She’s
caught up in a bad situation. He is immediately determined to pull her out of
it.
Lin is not
the same girl that Jaret loved many years ago. She’s all grown up, somewhat
broken, desperate and very much a sexual being.
These
characters come together and create a scorching hot sex scene that leaves you
in a tingle.
Some
sweetness, some angst, some suspense, and lots of dirty heat is what you will
find in this novella.
I regret not
reading the other books in the Fierce series before reading this one. It is
listed as a standalone, but I recommend reading the other books first. I feel
that I may have had an even stronger connection to Jaret if I had.
This story
could have certainly been a full novel. With everything that is taking place,
it definitely could have filled a full length quota.
I recommend
this to anyone looking for a hot and action packed quickie read.
